Are the product images of the original cover?

No. The product images are sample images that are similar to the actual cover. The cover you order will be customized to fit your specific model. For legal reasons, we are not permitted to use the manufacturer's images.

My subwoofer has wheels attached. Will this be taken into account?

Yes. For all subs, we ask via email after purchase whether wheels are attached and manufacture the covers accordingly.

Do i need to specify the exact dimensions for the custom-made cases or add wiggle room myself?

Please provide the exact dimensions of the device. We will add enough wiggle room to ensure that it fits nicely.

Which shipping company is used for shipping?

We ship with DHL, so you are welcome to specify a packing station.
